1. Client sends a feedback request to a Mentor
Clients can request feedback from a Mentor by selecting services on their Mentor's profile page. Each Mentor's profile displays their feedback services, min price, and past reviews, helping Clients select the right Mentor for their needs.
When a Client is ready to request feedback, they can send their work - currently image files - and submit a description. This description allows the Client to communicate specific expectations, areas of focus, and any contextual details that will help the Mentor provide targeted feedback.
Before submitting the request, the Client can also set a budget based on the complexity of the feedback they seek.
2. Mentor gives a custom quote
Once a Client submits a feedback request, the Mentor can review the details and provide a custom quote.
The quote includes the price, and any additional notes from the Mentor.
Mentors can tailor their quotes based on the complexity of the request and the level of feedback required.
3. Client accepts or decline the quote
Clients can review the quote and decide whether to accept or decline it before proceeding.
4. Mentor gives feedback
Once the Client accepts the quote, the Mentor begins reviewing the submitted work.
Mentors provide detailed, constructive feedback directly on the uploaded files. Feedback is delivered through comments placed on images.
5. Client receives feedback
Clients can view the feedback in a clear, user-friendly interface, ensuring precise and actionable insights.
